Tasmanian Atlantic salmon cured with limoncello served with pickled fennel and citrus salt

Sautéed mushroom on a bed of crispy polenta topped with gorgonzola and fresh herbs

1st Entree

Pan-fried Canadian diver scallops on a bed of Parsnip puree with grilled pork cakes and baby herbs

2nd Entree

Mariosarti’s signature crispy skin pork belly accompanied with smashed caramelized baby onions, honey glazed baby carrots and porcini jus

Main (Choice of)

5 Star Tasmanian lamb cutlets stuffed with pork and fennel sausage on a bed of fresh truffle infused mash,  baby vegetables finished with a red wine and rosemary jus

Double chocolate ricotta tart topped with hot burnt caramel ganache and peanut brittle
